Appointment Cancellation Policy

All new clients are required to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit for their appointment at the time of booking.

Mckay Biochemist requires that all appointments may be cancelled with 24 hours notice or rescheduled to a more suitable time. Appointments cancelled within less than 8hrs which does not provide us an opportunity to replace the appointment with another client will incur a charge of 50% of consultation fee.

If clients do not show up for scheduled appointments despite our attempts to confirm, without notice you will be charged a “missed appointment” fee of full price of appointment scheduled.

Clients who do not respond to confirmation texts or calls, your appointment will be given to someone on the waiting list who is in need and you will be notified by text that your appointment has been cancelled by us.

Clients who fail to attend 2 scheduled appointments will be required to pay upfront for any subsequent appointments booked.

Pre-payment can be paid via credit card over the phone with our Clinical Manager.
