Sophie Pigott
I am a qualified Holistic Clinical Nutritionist. I graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine. My passion is empowering individuals to fall in love with taking care of themselves, through nourishing foods & a mindful lifestyle. My approach to practice is thorough, holistic, evidence-based, and individualised to each client.
I specialise in women’s health, mental health, including stress, anxiety, depression and disordered eating, nutritional deficiencies, gut health, immune support, and pre conception, pregnancy, and post natal care.
I thrive on simple, vibrant, wholesome living across all aspects of my life. Cooking, creating recipes, teaching yoga, and the swimming in the ocean are my therapy. I have always been into healthy eating, movement, and the power of the mind. Through my own personal challenges I have gained so much knowledge about myself and gained a wealth of empathy towards others. I now commit myself to living life to serve and support others and to be the best version of myself I can possibly be. I believe in living a wholesome, sustainable life free of diet culture, yet full of nourishing foods and self love.
Supporting your body with an abundance of whole foods, living an active lifestyle, and mindfulness are the keys to change all aspects of your life for the better. I am here to help kickstart your journey to optimal health and balance.

CAROLYN DIMMOCK | FNTP, LBA, Psych-K®
I am a qualified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) with a focus on holistic health and emotional wellness.
I hold certifications in Gastrointestinal Healing, Live Blood Analysis, and am currently undertaking a Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis course, due for completion in early 2026. Alongside this, I’ve taken a deep dive into the neuroscience behind the subconscious mind and how limiting beliefs, trauma, and negative self-talk can impact our health.
I have been an active member of the Nutritional Therapy Association AU/NZ community since March 2022, supporting students through a mentor program for a period of two years, before being invited to join the Instructor Team in 2024. I’m now in my second year of teaching and thoroughly enjoy this role.
As a holistic health practitioner, I support my clients by exploring health on all levels – physical, emotional, and spiritual – to encourage true mind-body healing and emotional wellness.
Drawing from my own significant health challenges over the years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the body’s remarkable capacity to heal. Rather than relying on conventional medicine, I chose to rebalance my health and nourish my body through functional foods, targeted supplements, and lifestyle shifts – particularly stress management and recovery from adrenal fatigue. This natural approach allowed me to reconnect with my body, reignite my vitality, and ultimately inspired me to help others on similar journeys.
My approach integrates a variety of healing modalities to support both the physical body and emotional health. I meet clients where they’re at in their wellness journey and gently guide them when they’re ready to go deeper. While I’m trained in Functional Nutrition and hold additional supportive qualifications, I’ve come to understand that true health isn’t just about food and exercise. We are not just blood and bone, organs and tissues. Our beliefs and trapped traumas can often become the biggest roadblocks on the path to wellness. I support clients in finding the missing pieces to their health puzzles.
Through modalities such as PSYCH-K® and using kinesiology-based techniques, I help clients to unlock limiting beliefs, release trauma, and elicit deep healing of the whole self. My holistic approach combines the power of therapeutic food, lifestyle guidance, and self-care practices, using a variety of techniques and modalities to help individuals nourish their bodies, reduce stress, release trauma, transform habits or addictions, supporting healing from the inside out. My clients are my guide; we go as slowly or as quickly as they want to, in a way that they are most comfortable.
My passion lies in helping to empower people to take control of their health through education, awareness, and practical support.
Additional qualifications and modalities include:
• QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique)
• Certificate IV in Disability
• Certificate IV in Allied Health – Nutrition and Dietetics
• Licensed Instructor for The RESTART® Program (5-week health reset)
